It’s after one of the biggest wind energy companies in the world withdrew from a 2 billion euro development of a large offshore wind farm in Co. Clare.The Norwegian company Equinor withdrew due to the planning laws that exist for offshore development.
Eamon Ryan says these regulations will be improved soon to stop companies leaving the market.
