Ticket touts could face fines of up to 100,000 euro under legislation going before cabinet Ministers today.
Tánaiste Leo Varadkar is bringing a bill forward that would see fines of up to 100,000 euro or a maximum two year jail sentence for people trying to re-sell tickets above face value for venues or events, with a capacity of more than 1,000 people.
