The work of local voluntary group Beating Hearts has enabled for the establishment of this equipment.
Local developer Pat Redmond engaged with the ESB for the defibrillator’s connection and constructed a purpose-built access wall in order to enable all residents in the estate to reach the defibrillator.
All local residents’ associations to send expressions of interest to Wicklow County Council, so that this opportunity created by Beating Hearts’ can be offered to other communities and estates across the county.
Expressions of interest from local residents’ associations can be forwarded to pobrien@wicklowcoco.ie
