The chair of the new Dáil committee on COVID-19 says their main focus will be looking to the future.
However, Michael McNamara says they will also hold the recent decisions of the government to account.
The committee hopes to meet with Dr Tony Holohan, HSE Chief Paul Reid and the head of the Department of Health next week as well as construction industry representatives.
