The 21-year-old was hitching a lift from Moone, Co Kildare, to her home in Kilkenny on November 9th, 1995.
She phoned her friend from a phone box in the Kildare village at 11.30 that night - before disappearing without trace.
Her sister, Kathleen Bergin, believes she was murdered after getting a lift.
