The first static speed safety camera on the Wexford/Wicklow border now operational.
It will be located on the Old Dublin Road in North Gorey, on the R772 near Aske - which has a speed limit of 100 kilometres per hour.
It's one of two new static speed cameras which have been switched on today - the other is on the N22 in County Cork.
Sinead Casey, Head of Roads & Transportation at Wexford County Council, says there are plans for more to be installed in the future.
