Minister Harris Unveils 14,000 Training Places For Those Impacted By Pandemic

14-thousand training places are being opened up in third-level courses to help people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic to get back to work.

The 30 million euro scheme includes over two and a half thousand places on postgraduate courses, all of them free or subsidised.
Higher education Minister Simon Harris says with such uncertainty, he believes people may be happier to take up part-time courses.
