Met Eireann has included Wicklow in their latest status yellow rainfall warning.
The warning which also includes Munster, Galway, Laois, Kilkenny, Carlow, and Wexford comes into effect at 3 o'clock on Saturday afternoon.
Met Eireann says heavy rain and strong winds will lead to "a risk of flooding and hazardous conditions".
