People with a licence for medical cannabis products will no longer have to travel to the Netherlands to collect them.
Patients, or their family members, had to go there to get the medication before the Covid-19 pandemic.
A temporary delivery service to Ireland was put in place in April, due to travel restrictions.
Health Minister, Wicklow T.D. Stephen Donnelly says this will now be made permanent.
