McDonald's restaurants in Wicklow and around the country have ceased allowing people to sit in their restaurants to eat to because of the pandemic.
The ban came into force at 5 o'clock this morning at all its restaurants.
However they're still allowing drive-through orders, takeaways, and deliveries.

The GeoDirectory Commercial Buildings Report for Q4 2025 examined a sample of 80 towns across Ireland, and 22 postal districts in Dublin. Arklow had the highest commercial vacancy rate in December 2025 while Greystones had the lowest.
