More than two years ago Drayton Manor was put up for sale with an asking price of €3.75 million which represented a 40% drop on the original sale price.
The 17,000 square foot property at three mile water near Brittas Bay, was eventually taken off the market after it failed to sell.
According to the Irish Times, an entry in the Property Price Register shows the property sold earlier this month for €1.5million.
