Manchester Concert Attack Inquiry To Publish First Report Today

The inquiry into the Manchester Arena terror attack is publishing its first report later, into the security operation at the Ariana Grande concert in 2017.

People had raised suspicions about the bomber Salman Abedi, and his heavy backpack, but security guards said communication problems meant they couldn't report concerns to their control room.
