A 31-year-old Slovakian man charged with the murder of Ashling Murphy in County Offaly has been further remanded in custody.
Mr Puska, of Lynally Grove, Mucklagh, County Offaly, appeared by videolink before Cloverhill District Court this afternoon.
He is accused of the murder of 23-year-old school teacher Ashling Murphy, who died on Wednesday January 12th.
Appearing before Judge Victor Blake this afternoon, Mr Puska addressed the court only to confirm his name - through an interpreter.
He was remanded in custody to appear before Cloverhill District Court again on Wednesday, February 9th for formal DPP directions.
