Gardaí are investigating a crash that claimed the life of a young man in County Wicklow over the weekend.
The man in his 20s, named locally as Gearoid Nicholl died when the car he was travelling in crashed near Ballinaclash, Rathdrum at about 1 o'clock.
A teenager, who was driving the car, escaped with non-life-threatening injuries.
Gardaí are conducting a technical examination of the scene, and appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
