A man in his 30s has died in a workplace accident at a premises in Arklow.
Gardaí and emergency services pronounced the man dead at the scene.
They were alerted to the incident at approximately 5.30 pm on Tuesday evening.
In a statement Gardai said “A male in his 30s was pronounced deceased at the scene."
“His body was removed from the scene and a post-mortem examination will take place in due course. The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) were notified and attended the scene.
“A file will be prepared for the Coroner’s Court.”
