A man charged with the murder of Ashling Murphy in Co Offaly is due back in court again next Wednesday.
31 year old Jozef Puska of Lynally Grove, Mucklagh, Co. Offaly appeared before a special sitting of Tullamore District Court last night.
The court was told he replied 'no' when the murder charge was put to him.
