A man has been remanded in custody after producing firearms during the alleged repossession of a house in County Wicklow.
Brian McDonagh, of Drummin House, Drummin East in Delgany appeared before a sitting of Bray District Court on Tuesday charged with two offences.
He was first charged with producing a shotgun during a dispute at his property on Monday afternoon.
Mr McDonagh was also charged with obstructing or interfering with an officer of the court, understood to be a sheriff who was attempting to carry out duties at the property in North Wicklow.
No application was made for bail after Judge John O’Leary remanded Mr McDonagh to appear again before Bray District Court on the 3rd March.
