30 year old Jake Merriman of Meadowland Avenue, Mounttown in Dun Laoghaire appeared in Dublin District court yesterday, where his bail conditions were relaxed.
He is no longer banned from entering the Dublin 2 area or required to sign on at a Garda station.
He’s facing five weapons offences following protests on Grafton Street on the 27th of February.
But according to the Sunday World, the court was told prosecutors have sought a forensic report and further charges may be brought against the accused.
