50 million euro is being given to primary and secondary schools around the country toward Information and Communications Technology.
40 million euro is going to all eligible schools, in line with previous years, to support the use of digital technologies in teaching and learning.
While 10 million euro is being allocated for the continuity of teaching and learning, using digital technology, for Covid 19 specific measures and for remote learning. It will be paid on an automatic basis to every recognised school in the country.
Minister Norma Foley says the ICT funding will be paid in early December.
