Local Teacher Lost At Sea To Be Laid To Rest Tomorrow.

Lynne Freeman sadly passed away after getting into difficulty while swimming in Greystones.

Lynne Freeman, a teacher at Ravenswell Primary School in Bray, sadly passed away after getting into difficulty while swimming on the North Beach in Greystones on Saturday afternoon. Emergency services attended the North Beach in Greystones, following reports that 3 swimmers were in trouble. Ms. Freeman was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.

Ms. Freeman’s funeral and thanksgiving service will take place at 11 a.m. tomorrow the 28th of April, in Christ Church, Delgany, followed by a burial in Redford Cemetery.
