Lioncor are now potentially set to secure €92m from the sale of their new homes scheme.
Lioncor is "an Irish residential property development company delivering new homes nationwide", and are now potentially set to secure €92m from the sale of their new homes scheme. Located on the Southern Cross Road near Bray, Kilruddery Glen is set to comprise 208 A-rated homes.
An Bord Pleanála granted permission in November 2019 for the development and also granted permission, as part of the same application, to construct a link road from the Southern Cross through Deer Park and on to the Boghall Road.
Although the proposed price tag equates to an approximate average of €442,307 per unit, the development will have a mix of housing types. The scheme will consist of 30 houses, 18 duplexes and 160 apartments distributed across four blocks, and is due for completion towards the end of this year.
All 208 units will be used to accommodate households currently on Wicklow County Council’s housing waiting list.
