Plans for a co-living development in Donnybrook in Dublin have been given the go-ahead.
Well-known pub Kiely's is to be demolished to make way for the 91 units.
The City Council granted planning permission for the scheme as its application was made before co-living was banned in December.
There are also plans for a cafe and restaurant to be developed on the ground level.
