The number of homes available to rent nationwide has dropped to an "all-time low".
The number of homes available to rent nationwide has dropped to an "all-time low".
That's according to the latest Daft.ie report which found just 1,460 homes were available to rent on November 1st.
It's almost half the previous lowest amount, which was recorded two years ago, and is the lowest amount since Daft began tracking availability in 2006.Wicklow Rents have incresed to 5.9% since 2019.
