Irish Water Urged To Address Wastewater Leak Concerns Around Dublin Bay

There've been calls on Irish Water to publish a plan for stopping wastewater leaks into Dublin Bay.

A swimming ban's in place across the capital after partially treated sewage was released into the sea at Ringsend. 

The treatment plant was overwhelmed by heavy rainfall in the early hours of Friday morning.
