Irish Water is due to begin works this week on upgrading supplies for residents and business in Roundwood.
Works will involve the construction of 4 kilometres worth of new water mains and ancillary works along the R764 in Roundwood to the new water treatment plant in Vartry.
Some traffic management will be in place, however, local and emergency access will be maintained at all times
It's expected the works will be completed by the end of March next year.
