Irish Rail says regular train users should double check their departure times after a new timetable began today.
To accommodate hourly Dublin/Belfast services and improve punctuality performance, departure times have changed on many DART, Northern Commuter and Maynooth Commuter services.
Following public consultation a new 21:25hrs Wexford to Gorey service will be introduced, delivering a later evening connection from Wexford to Dublin Connolly.
A new station Kishogue has also opened near Lucan in Dublin on the Hueston commuter line.
