The investment fund Quanta Capital has acquired the Kippure Estate in County Wicklow.
A plan for the future of the 300-acre estate is now being developed, which includes Kippure Lodge and 24 self-catering houses.
According to The Business Post, the estate was sold for an undisclosed sum.
The family has owned the estate since the 1980s.
