An inquiry into the misuse of Covid-19 vaccines at the Beacon Hospital in Dublin has yet to be filed.
According to the Irish Times Eugene McCague, who is creating the report, cannot complete the inquiry without speaking to the HSE and that meetings with the executive have been delayed due to the cyber attack.
The private hospital came under fire from the Government in March when 20 teachers and staff at St Gerard’s School in Bray, were administered a vaccine.
