With temperatures set to hit the mid 20’s over the next few days, visitors to Magheramore and Brittas Bay are being warned that there will be a strong Garda presence in both areas this weekend, with fines and towing measures in place for those who breach parking laws.
Motorhome Owners are also being warned that the recent practice of setting up camp in the two main car parks and at Ennerielly beach for several days, which breaches local by-laws, will not be tolerated.
Wicklow Councillor Paul O’Brien says a one way system on part of the coast road may be implemented, to deal with large volumes of traffic.
