The Irish Council for Civil Liberties has criticised a Commission of Investigation report into Mother and Baby Homes and says there were gross human rights violations.
Its analysis of report claims the abuses included torture, enforced disappearances and modern slavery.
The Council says the Government is failing to meet its human rights obligations to these women on International Women's Day.
