Brian McDonagh has previously been charged with the production of a shotgun during a dispute, unlawful possession of a firearm, and the wilful obstruction of a sheriff, at the property.
A Dublin businessman has been sent forward for trial on a harassment charge linked to his former home in Delgany.

The case had previously involved burglary allegations but now relates to an alleged breach of bail conditions at Drummin House.
Mr McDonagh, who denies all charges, was served with the book of evidence and is due to appear before Wicklow Circuit Criminal Court on June 3rd.
