The National Maternity Hospital will allow less restricted visiting for pregnant women's partners after a change to guidelines.

Visiting for women in labour will be unrestricted at the Holles Street hospital in Dublin, as long as the pregnant woman is admitted to a bed.
While visiting for inpatients is unrestricted for partners or support people from 8am to 9pm Monday to Saturday.
