The health watchdog says there was improvements in compliance for children receiving care in Wicklow last year. HIQA conducted an inspection in Tusla’s Dublin South East and Wicklow service area over three days between late August and early September last year. Of the six standards assessed, two were judged as compliant, two were substantially compliant and two were found to be non-compliant. The body found improvements were made in safeguarding behavioural support despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
