Jake O' Kane is being forced to move from residential care in Greystones to County Laois, because he has reached the age of 18.
Linda O’Kane who lives in Crumlin, has been told there is no alternative but to move her son Jake to Portarlington, leaving her with a 160 kilometre round trip to visit him.
