A health professor's calling for the government to develop a clearer plan on how to get Ireland completely free of Covid-19.
There's been a low number of cases of the virus across the country recently.
Just 14 cases and three deaths were confirmed yesterday.
But DCU health professor Anthony Staines is concerned the transmission rate isn't going down to zero.
Meanwhile people are being told they will have to spend at least nine euro when they buy a 'substantial meal' in pubs when they reopen at the end of the month. The Health Protection Surveillance Centre also says pubs, cafes and restaurants will only have to stick to one-metre social distance rules in certain circumstances.
The new guidance has been issued to Fáilte Ireland, which is looking for clarity on some aspects.
