Dublin and surrounding counties saw the most number of new homes completed in the first quarter of the year.
Overall completions across the country were up over 17 per cent.
Just under 5000 new homes were completed in the first quarter of 2020.
That's up from 4200 for the same time last year, according to the CSO.
A third of those were in Dublin , followed by the Mid East region.
It meant half all all completions were in those areas.
'Dublin 13' is the Eircode area with the most new dwelling completions in Quarter 1.
Followed by W91 'Naas'and H91 'Galway'.
Most of the rest of the top ten are in Dublin and its commuter belt, except T12 'Cork Southside' and V94 'Limerick'
