According to Glenveagh Properties, the acquisition of Wicklow based Harmony Timber Solutions will help them deliver over 3,000 units to the Irish market by 2025 having built over 1,1001 homes in Ireland last year.
Harmony currently employs over 50 people from their base at Avoca River Park in Arklow and have been trading in the town since 2015.
The value of the acquisition has not been disclosed is subject to approval by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
