Criminal proceedings against former journalist Gemma O’Doherty will proceed in Bray District Court next month.
O’Doherty was arrested on the 28th of August last, following the erection of banners on the N11 Kilmacanogue pedestrian bridge crossing, which contained anti-facemask and anti-vaccination slogans.
The 52 year old, is charged with engaging in threatening and abusive behaviour with intent to provoke a breach of the peace and with refusing to provide her name and address.
According to the Irish Times, Judge David Kennedy said that unless the DPP decides that O’Doherty should face further charges, the case should go ahead on the 14th December.
Ms O’Doherty remains on bail.
