Gardai searching for fireworks as part of Operation Tombola have seized counterfeit clothes worth over €4,000, and a sum of cash.
The operation runs in the lead up to and over the Halloween period to combat the sale, supply and possession of fireworks and anti-social behaviour.
Yesterday officers searched a house in the Dublin 8 area, and seized fireworks worth €250, clothing, and €3,700 in cash.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is continuing.
