Gardaí investigating the fatal assault on Ashling Murphy have arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of murder.
He's currently being detained at Tullamore Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
Meanwhile Wicklow County Council have opened a book of condolence for the murdered schoolteacher.
Members of the public can offer their condolences online at wicklow.ie until the 31st of January.
