Investigations are continuing into a spate of Burglaries last Monday evening between Wicklow town and Rathnew. Three properties were targeted between half past seven and half past ten at night.
Gardai say they are interested in determining the movements of a black Volkswagen Passat seen in the area of the burglaries.
Meanwhile Gardai in Bray have appealed for information following two burglaries in the town late last week, which they believe may be connected..
At around 2 o’clock last Friday morning the Four Star pizza premises on Castle street was broken into, while later that evening a shop in castle street was held up in an aggravated burglary. One man entered the Sip the Bean shop on Castle street at around twenty past seven last Friday evening and threatened staff with a Baseball bat. Garda are anxious to speak with anyone who may have witnessed anything.
