Gardai In Dublin Investigate Death of Woman After Assault

A man remains in custody this morning after a woman died from an assault in North Dublin.

The victim was attacked at a house in Kincora Court in Clontarf at around 8 o'clock last night.
She was pronounced dead at the scene. A post mortem examination is due to be carried out today.
A man in his 60s has been arrested and is currently being questioned at Clontarf Garda Station.
