The GRA say the force is "absolutely determined" to see further justice served over the killing of Detective Garda Adrian Donohoe.
He was shot dead during an armed robbery outside Lordship Credit Union in County Louth in January 2013.
Aaron Brady from Crossmaglen, County Armagh was found guilty yesterday of capital murder and will be sentenced in October.
Gardai believe at least five people were directly involved in the robbery and murder, with many more providing back-up.
