The Wexford council worker who was killed in Storm Eunice has been remembered as 'quiet', 'selfless' and a 'rock of good sense'.
The incident happened in the Ballythomas area, close to the Wicklow border.
The funeral of 58-year-old Billy Kinsella took place in Ballyfad this afternoon, where President Michael D Higgins was represented by his aide de camp.
Fr Richard Lawless says all Billy's good work in life came to a sudden end last Friday morning.
