It will move to being an age-based system once the vulnerable and elderly have received their vaccine. However there was anger expressed earlier this week after it emerged the HSE had arranged for teachers and SNA’s in some schools in Wicklow, South Dublin and Dun Laoghaire to receive the vaccine.
