Sean Fitzpatrick the former chief executive of Anglo Irish Bank has died
Last month the former Chief and his wife were refused planning permission to construct a second house on the site of a fire-damaged cottage beside their family home in Greystones.
In its decision, Wicklow County Council said the property on Farm Lane in the Burnaby, would be “cramped” and “out of character” with the area.
