Evacuation Efforts Continue In Afghanistan

More than 18,000 people have been evacuated from Kabul - the capital of Afghanistan - in the last five days, with officials insisting efforts will double this weekend.

NATO says Afghan and foreign nationals are continuing to surround the city's airport - desperate to flee Taliban control.
Amnesty International has released detailed 'killings' it claims militants carried out, last month

Meanwhile Taliban militants are carrying out door-to-door searches for people who worked for NATO forces or the previous Afghanistan government, despite promising there would be "no revenge".

The group has faced growing dissent in the country's capital Kabul as the number of protests grow.
