It could be the end of the week before electricity supply is restored in parts of the country following Storm Darragh.
Power has been returned to around 360,000 customers, with homes and businesses in Wicklow, Sligo, Wexford, and the midlands the worst hit by outages.
Crews have been working since Saturday to repair extensive damage to the network, and people are being reminded not to approach downed power lines.
