Enniskerry Named Most Expensive Location To Buy Property Outside Of Dublin

House prices have increased by 3.5% in the last year, according to a new report by Daft dot ie.

The Wealth Report shows more than 600 homes worth €1 million or higher have been sold so far in 2020.

The most expensive location to buy is Dublin, followed by Enniskerry in County Wicklow.

Bundoran in Donegal and Castlereagh in Roscommon are the only locations in the country where average property prices are below €100,000.

The average asking price nationwide is €264,000.
