Over 81 thousand euro was raised for the county’s seven cancer support groups and the Wicklow Hospice Foundation, in this year’s annual East Coast FM Coffee Morning.
Apart from the two hour annual event in April, donations were also generated through supermarket bag-packs, the Wicklow Calendar, the East Coast FM quiz night, and Race for Cancer.
Cheques were presented last night to the organisations at Kavanagh's Bar in Roundwood.
